So, you are saying beer is best when drunk under moonlight?

In case anyone is interested, the Prineville Reservoir Star Party is the following weekend of June 16th. Right now I have plans to go to that. Great location and a nice state park to boot! I'll go start another thread on that one right now...
I wonder if we'll be able to get to the MSH location by June...are there towns beyond the slide area?

Anyone still considering a "site A" or "site B" outing this weekend? How's the weather forecast? I checked Accuweather for Goldendale and MSH and neither looks good on the 5-day outlook. I still have a hall pass for this coming weekend so I'm game if the weather is agreeable - otherwise I'll save the pass for a later date. I'm taking the red-eye home tonight so I'll check in with y'all Tuesday when I get home.

Bill, let's make alternate arrangements for us to meet...I've got friends coming down from Tacoma for the weekend and we're gonna hit the jazz clubs Saturday night...let's try to figure out a good time and place to meet up.

The weather-guesser says Goldendale Fri/Sat nites is looking iffy, but not hopeless.
I'm still willing to make the run if it looks positive. Is anyone else still thinking about it or has everyone made alternate plans?

Sorry Mike - I for one figured that the weather wasn't going to be clear enough and I've gone and filled the weekend with other plans (so I can have a fee pass when the weather's better).

There's a time to pay your dues & a time to earn 'em. Or something like that.

Well it seems that I (we all) misread the forecast. Or maybe they just got the forecast wrong - yeah, that's it!!!
Anyways - we coulda had a nice outing this weekend weatherwise as it seemed the nights were resonably clear in the PNW. That said, how are thing looking for the June 9th date? Do we have a site? Is the road to MSH open? Do we have a Site B in case it's rainy west that weekend but clear on the eastside? Sorry for asking all of these questions but I have a new scope (or 2) that I'm itchin' to use!
