It is pretty basic what the forum is. Post pictures from the star parties you have been to, set ups, etc...

That single arm 32"Ø Dob is something else. Is that a little Konus Newt on the side for a finder scope?
Now that you mention it... what star party was this?

I am not sure what the little reflector was, I can find out for you. Me and my friends call it the "One Armed Bandit". He owns a Sky 90 as well and a 28, and I think a 25 and 20" dobs he has all built himself. And this was the 2006 Grand Canyon Star Party

We also have a thread initiated by Skylook123 for The Grand Canyon Star Party 2006. He has some nice reports in that thread. Don't remember if there were any pictures though.
Not important about the finder scope... I just thought that orange tube looked like Konus.
Pictures from star parties are always fun to look through. There are quite a few threads in here with pictures.

Skyward_Eyes' pics look to be from the Yavapai Point parking area at one of the Grand Canyon Star Parties. BTW,in the link that David posted, Joe Bergeron clued us in that Dennis' 36" mirror is a flat; the real mirror (at least at the last GCSP) is a 28". I know, I bit on it too!
There aren't any pics in the thread, but there is a separate thread with last years' pics. I'll hunt some down.

Yeah I this year he upgraded it to a 32inch or thats what the scope said on it. But I emailed him and he said it was indeed a 32 inch. I know he has a 28.

I am going to find out what size it is in the next few days, I sent Dennis an email. Either way he dwarfs everyone at the GCSP.

Indeed, and it kills just about everything else as well.....
I got another pic around here of Mt St Helens Star party as well.
Here is a pic of this years RSP in Washington St. Several refractors ready to bust it up.
