We eat good too.

No body likes the munchies in the middle of a great session do they? Heck, do they?

And another. Steve's Custom home made 18 inch, he is the same guy who owns the William Optics 110 with the C-8 on the CGE mount, then he brought the 18 out, he made a 12.5 that he had out the year before, and he said he was starting to plan a 32.

I was set up about five scopes closer to the visitor center. Loved that alien; I've been looking for something similar for my scope!

Here I am looking at the 18; I can only imagine what a 32 would look like! I think this mount weighs as much as my truck.

Since the area we view from was in the blast zone of the 1980 eruption, it is void of any large trees, and the near horizon to horizon view make it an ideal place. IMO.

Still, I enjoy the RSP parties at my place. Since I don't have to move my large 6"f/15. The skies are a good 6.2-5, so that means I usually only go to about two parties a year.

Pictured is another as the darkness approaches with the sun on the mtn.

Not a bad set up, not to big but not to small, gets the job done.

Attached is my set-up from Texas Star Party this year. The 10" RCX on the left, 80mm Nighthawk in the middle/rear, TV102 on the right. The tool cabinet in the back holds my eyepieces, filters, and other smaller accessory gear. This was my very first star party ever! I overdid it on the stuff I brought...

God I would do anything to get a hold of that Televue just to use it for an evening. I have used a Televue 85 and 76 and they are very nice, but would love to see and use the 101, 102, and 127 and the very rare 140.
