Trying to decide on bino's for my 8" Newt. The SV3 are $199
$399 for the Blacknights how would you decide are the cheaper BV3s as good as the Blacknights? My Meade 826 the primary can be moved up the tube if any more in-travel is needed to reach focus with either bino.

If the F/ratio of your newt is F/6 or less the clear prism size or the clear aperture of the Siebert may vignette your eyepieces, I would go with the one with the larger clear usable size. But I am sure others will post to this issue soon.
