Weren't those scope simply beautiful works of art? I was really sorry I didn't bring my camera.
Nice photos by the way Tom
And thanks for the CN T-shirt. It's a 3X but I'll do that particular load of laundry and it will fit my nine year-old by the time I'm done with it.

Well I just got home from my first NEAF. Got to meet a lot of people in person that I've only talked to online, which is always a good thing. Also got to see a lot of legendary people in the amateur astronomy community for the first time, not to mention a ton of mindblowing equipment.. That 20" RCX was a BEAST. I didn't get to see it in motion but it was awesome just sitting still.
It was cool seeing the TV Ethos 100 degree EP demonstrated by Al himself.
My 11 yr old son fell in love with the Fullum scopes - I told him he'll have to get a good job if he wants one of those.
I'm sorry I didn't bring a camera, next year I may have to.
Rocco, I must have seen you in the t-shirt feeding frensy but I am not sure who you were.

Good grief, I gotta make it to this next year. If only I had planned better this year: The NFL Draft in NYC and NEAF only an hour away on the SAME WEEKEND??
When do they announce the dates for NEAF 2008?
