That reminds me when in about '85 a co-worker gave me package to deliver to his customer in PDX when he learned I was making a trip to our OR office. It wasn't until I got there that I found out that I was carrying 1/2 million in bearer bonds - his customer, a contractor had pledged them as collateral on a transaction which had just completed.

I never told them that I'd left the package on my lunch table at a Denny's along I-5 for about 45 minutes while I was making calls at the pay phone (this was before cell phones for you neophytes). I guessed they figured if they'd told me what I had that I might have just kept going all the way to Mexico - - and I just might have

It hazed up real heavy here this afternoon. Starting to break up a little now. I still have hopes for some more comet time tonight.
