Thanks for a very informative (and amusing) review. It's just gone on my list to Santa.

Nice review. I picked up this book myself just a couple of weeks ago after having seen it mentioned in a recent astro magazine. I've read the whole thing, though I haven't had a chance to practice any of the things I've read yet. I like the book for the range of different techniques and materials presented. Recommended!
