Up to this point the only imaging i've tried with my cpc 1100 has been through a canon 350D camera. After reading a lot of the information on this forum I've decided to give some of the other approaches a try. Currently I've narrowed down my options to what i think are three (Celestron NexImage, SPC type webcam, or something in the DSI series) but I had a couple questions which might seem obvious but haven't been able to nail them down yet! Any help you folks could give me would be great!
Does the NextImage still allow the use of EPs? (the pictures make it appear it does not?)
Anyone happen to have a link to one of the sites that sell the webcam EP adapters? Does the actual shape of the webcam matter?
And finally General thoughts on the nextimage vs the spc webcams? In my reading it sounds like the Philips is prefered of the celestron product?
Thanks!

Confused... You say you want to shoot through an eyepiece, but the topic is entitled "non projection imaging". Shooting through an eyepiece IS projection imaging.

after reading that again I see your point and should have reworded that differently! The end goal is to move away from the DSLR setup i'm currently using and try something involving some USB/Firewire device connected to the laptop that will allow me to take images/video to be processed. Wether or not these new options natively support EPs is a bit of a grey area for me!

No eyepiece is used. The sensor is so small that using an eyepiece would reduce the FOV so much that you would not find many objects to image!
