Belkin Usb 2.0 Hi-speed Hub 4-port Tetra Only USB hub i know which is fully complyant. You can run ALL the USB 1.1 can work at full speed and all USB 2.0 can run as USB 2.0, although they have to share the channel.
Problem: discontinued, overheats and expensive. I bought mine in ebay. was worth the 25€. All devices work for hours without problems and best of all, i dont need to connect them in order, i just turn on the pc with the hub connected and all of them are recognized.

There is also this one from Icron

The Icron is good to 4deg C and is still in a reasonable price (about double the Belkin) but when I was looking around at Xmas I came across an embedded computer from Moxa good to -10 C so I haven't bought anything yet as I still want to check that out some more - I imagine it will be a whole different price range but if half reasonable I think it will be my preferred solution as it would provide wireless serial and USB communication.

Got a response regarding the Moxa - the USB ports are limited in their functionality to (4) storage devices.
