Nice site but a bit of advice you should have all your menu links on everypage instead of forcing visitors to go back to the homepage to get to another page.

I have addressed the issue of buttons and added some extra ones in the relevant places. Hopefully that should make the site easier to navigate (I agree, it was awkward, but I was just being lazy).

I have completely revamped my site this evening and re-added the frames - less of a pain in the er... aperture than all the myriads of buttons I ended up with!
