Taken with Canon 300D and Sigma 70-300mm at 70mm piggybacked on my 8'' Newton and CG5 GT mount.
13x4min at ISO 3200. Looks like my Canon isnt blind at H-a as much as i thought.

8x45 sec on ISO3200 for the outside of the nebula and 3x25 sec on ISO800 for the inner detail.
Here is my platform : http://users.volja.net/ucmannejc/Vesolje/piggyback.jpg
Oh and look what happened to my telescope http://users.volja.net/ucmannejc/Vesolje/teleskop_led.jpg
Hope you like the pictures! Seeing was very good, but transparency was awful. But i got out and imaged, because i had low clouds and fog for 2 weeks. Today is foggy again! I want to see the Geminids!
Clear skies, Nejc

It looks like your telescope and camera setup are working really well for you.
The california nebula is showing really well and really great color and nebulosity from M42/43.
I just came in from outside and I had frost on everything but the scope and camera.....the dew heaters really work well......now I need something to keep my hands warm.
thanks for sharing some really nice pics.

Very nice...
I now have hope for the Ca. Neb.. Thanks Looks like it was a bit cold out there.. I've only had frost settle like that one time. You have very little noise for iso 3200, probably because it was so cold out (natural peltier cooling) Great job on the trap area too!!!

Thanks for the comments!
Good thing that i had dew shield on my objective, or the lens would fogged up very quickly.
The noise was very apparent but it dissapered as I stacked images.

Bet you didn't know you had this shot here. I reprocessed your shot with some masking and a little touch up in levels, curves, colours, contrast and saturation. Hope you dont mind, but I think you will like it.

I dont mind, however i am happy with the image as it is. Your processing made it look worse, in my opinion it is ugly and looks very overprocessed. Thanks for trying though.
