Modified javascript
      #475676 - 06/14/05 10:48 AM

Over the past three weeks I have been toying with the javascript found within the Sky & Telescope web page. A selection of Eclipsing Binaries and Cepheids was added to the program "Minima of Algol" script.
Please comment, suggest, or updated data information elements.
I did this to learning a few thing about javascript, I am not a advid programmer.

here Variable Star Script is the location

Very well done!!!
Here is also a free software for Variable planner:
http://www.astrosurf.org/astropc/varobs/index.html
You can add and edit stars to it.And also get a finder chart from CdC.

Thanks for the comments. I modeled input/output it after an Basic program I wrote in the 80's.

Varobs is a great program, I've used it many times.

Another program in a spreadsheet type format that contains variable stars is Ephemeris Tools , by Manfred Dings. It also allows editing and adding stars.
