      #5407746 - 09/07/12 05:08 AM

Guys,
Can you please show some of the ways you have mounted your Sky Scout to your equipment ?
Maybe give some intructions or drawings of the verious gizmos you have also built to attach you your SS. I have gone Hog wild about my Sky Scout, and have been trying to find ALL the goodies to make it more usable...
So if you have some Picture, please share and please give me some details.
Thanks a Billion !

do you have any problems with accuracy i put one my Z12 and could not get it to point at the object and the disruptor that came with it didn't work to much interference

I was hoping to place it on my 4 and 6 inch refractors, but haven't seen any pictures, and peoples comments on finding planets during the day. It would be nice for out reach...

Its tricky to use disrupter. You need to move disrupter around the skyscout very slowly untill the magnetic interference will be gone.

Check the know star and you will see that the skyscout will be off some 5 to 10 degree. Move the disrupter slowly about 2mm and make sure that the interference sign not back in the skyscout.

check again the know star and you will see the accurecy is getting improved. Onece the accurecy is achived; mark the place where the disrupter was placed for quick use.
