Strange idea, but I like strange ideas...
Here my very first one. I did it 1976, Feb 5th.
That was linked with the result of a grazing observation.

I'm not 100% certain this was the first sketch I ever made, as I had been into astronomy for 12 years when I made this one. But it's the oldest sketch I find. It shows open cluster M34 sketched in Dec. 1989 with my brand new Vixen 90/1300 refractor at 65x. I inverted it after scanning.

Norme, very good sketches of Saturn. Long time no see my friend.

As for me, I started sketching the sun last year august 13th. So here my first sketch ever.

This has been a fun exercise, trying to locate a "first" drawing. I suspect this is one my first... drawn during a college physics project, using the school's Questar. I actually got course credit for this. 1973 Mars was outstanding, easy to draw in small scopes. I fudged the polar cap, it was probably not as symmetrical as shown.
