Pretty kitties, Mac! Jemima looks like a tortie/calico mix rather than being all of one or the other, very nice. And Suzie's cute little face reminds me of my own tortie, Callie.

Joe: What a great picture! Your "foot warmer" must be a very kind & gentle dog. That is such a sweet expression, even with the eyes closed.

Joe, Heugh is a pretty dog, I'm not sure I've seen a pic of him before but if so, I'd forgotten. And Bert is an adorable kitten! Beautiful coloring.

Here is a once feral cat that became a car lot mascot. He has never been inside a building and I can't get him in a car to take him to the vet. I fed him when he was a kitten and he's hung around ever since. Everybody called him the "Kitty" and that name has stuck. I can pick him up and hold him,and he loves it. But if I try to take him inside a door he goes ballistic.

Good on you, Kenny, for feeding Kitty. I know some people think that taking care of strays just leads to an increased stray population but I'm a softy and can't resist stray kitties. (Long story but that's how I have most of my cats today. ) He looks well-fed, too.

Hi Steph
He's been hanging around and I mean by not going off the property for the last 4 years. He's my pal, knows his name and comes a runnin' when I call him. He is fed twice a day. When ever a customer comes on the lot,Kitty is right there to greet them.

Sounds like Kitty's main mission in life is to be a parking lot greeter! It's best left that way. For some reason, to his brain, it is a very important job!

I agree,Remy. I've tried my best not to upset his applecart. He seems to be content with his lot in life. I can't make a house cat out of him and I've tried. I do feel guilty for never being forceful enough to have taken him to the Vet.

Kenny,
From the sounds of it you shouldn't feel guilty ... you should feel lucky. Lucky that you still have your left arm and a pint of blood.
He's one good looking cat, but I guess you just have to admire his "never inside" attitude.

Your right,Mark. In my only attempt, old Kitty left a few scars on both arms and legs when I tried to put him inside my car. Cats can be a buzz saw with their claws.

My wife and I breed snakes as well as operate a reptile rescue facility, so naturally we have quite a few "pets". In addition to the reptiles, we also have a black labrador (Hyde) as well as 4 cats, and tropical fish.
