50 Best Sights in Astronomy - Fred Schaaf new
      #1952890 - 11/01/07 08:52 AM

Recently picked up this book at the library. He organizes his top 50 by field of view - from the whole sky to narrow telescope views. It has info on targets ranging from fireball meteors, to eclipses, to conjunctions, to star fields, to planets to doubles to galaxies to ... He includes his own experiences with these object which gives this a more personal touch. Nice!

I've always liked Fred Schaff's writing. He's always so interested and enthusiastic.
