I have used them for a few items. I place my order online, he sends the stuff I ordered -- no problems. One time, an internal piece was missing from a focuser, a phone call put in the mail the next day. I was given the option of returning the focuser for a replacement or repair but it was just an easily installed (and easily overlooked) part that did not limit the use of the focuser. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I've placed a couple orders with them, all went smoothly. Placed an on-line order for several cases and misc. items. Shipped today according to the email I just received. I've found Manish very reliable with good products.

I've ordered over the phone from him a few times, and every time I felt like his most important customer. Manish is great!

My local source did not have what I wanted today so I ordered from them tonight. Manish ships MWF so I will probably have my item by the weekend if historical shipping times hold. (Mail service on the West coast can be erratic at times.)

This is one of the BEST places to order stuff from. Manish really takes care of his customers. I recently ordered an eyepiece from him on July 4th. It was shipped on the 5th and I received it on the 7th. I have never heard anyone complain about his customer service.
