Nice shots Igor. I would think 68 minutes would be plenty long enough for this area. Looks like a color issue. Since your local lab seems none too concerned about the quality they put out such a color shift could be from contaminated or spent chemistry, especially the color developer.

I haven't used Silverfast but you probably can apply some color correction to these when you scan, or afterward with a photo editor and restore them quite a bit.
