Hmmm... I know you can reverse the directions in the handbox settings somewhere, but that wouldn't affect goto's.

I would try a different dec cable if I could. If the one you have has a crossed connection for some reason, it could be sending a reversed signal--maybe, I guess.

I think the N-S switch only matters in polar alignment.
