I think so. So your computer sketch, generated first from the field sketch, is adjusted as needed when the star field printout shows adjustment is necessary? And you are using the field sketch and the star field printout together as you generate your computer star field....then add the effects? Sorry to be dumb about this; I don't use any of the computer stuff except to scan the final drawing, so my questions may be pretty basic. In any case, really nice appearance on these sketches. And, it sounds like the Trico arrangement really helps the ability to do the field sketch. I really like that idea.
