While browsing the advertisements for the Sacramento, Calif. Craigslist, I happened to notice a listing for a vintage (circa 1980s) 'blue' Coulter Optical Co. 13.1" F/4.5 Odyssey I Dobsonian. (I wonder what the extra items mentioned in the ad are?)

For those of us who do not want to transport such a large telescope, many amateur astronomers use the primary and secondary mirrors to construct their own homemade truss-tube Dobsonian telescopes.
