Yes our very own John C. got this particular refractor. I went with him to Tonawanda to pick it up. The OTA is all Jaegers. The equatorial mount is the big one from Edmund Scientific Co. Cast iron pier. Geez what weight that thing was. The OTA though seemed lighter than my ED 178 and was easy to carry. It had the classic Jaegers objective and cell riding perched up at the top. Jaegers tube and Jaegers rack and pinion focuser. John plans to use it as a fun scope to take to star parties. I cannot wait to look at stars with this thing. My Jaegers 6" f/5 was wonderful for visual use at very dark sites.
