	The AR-5 is a much lighter optical tube. I've had both the AR-5 and AR-6 (I currently have an Ar-5). The Ar-6 is a heavy scope (about 24 pounds). The Ar-5 is only 15 pounds. Also, my Ar-5 is f/9.3, while the Ar-6 is f/8. I have less chromatism with my Ar-5 than I had with the Ar-6.
