This may be a silly question... but I am still kinda new at this.
I saw in a post a while back the symbol for degrees noted in a post. I have searched and can not seem to find the reference. Can someone plaese post the sequence of keys (key combination or UBBCode) that will result in the raised degree symbol? I really don't want to use an asterisk " * " in my post if the symbol could be used.

On a US keyboard, that would be ALT-SHIFT-; (yielding °).

Well 248 works for me only if you type the 248 on the number pad...

Interesting! Alt 248 also works only for me on the number pad, as well. Whomever programmed this one must not have had a ° in computer science. Oh, wait, wrong kind of degree. Maybe that was the problem. They were cold.

It was 73° today. Finally got it to work, but I had to hold down SHIFT ALT 248 (on keypad).
