Definetly one here . Look near the bottom of the page in the manuals section. Great site by the way in case you didn't know about it.

nice telescope.. mines a earlier version. no rings . brackets bolted directly to tube and it has aluminum knobs/super focuser.

I really want to find one of the Deluxe focusers. Steve is killing me with the pictures of the one he just found. It looks like this focuser was optional even on the 145C prior to 1972. Then the 1972 catalog lists it as standard on a 145C.

Well, like Gerald said, my Unitron problems are just starting. And, like Steve (astro140), I couldn't just leave those 8x30mm finder mounting screws with nothing to hold so....I added an 8x30mm finder and brackets.

I had to think a bit about how to re-arrange things. This OTA is getting crowded. Since the 60mm guide scope has only one focuser knob on the right side of the focuser, I decided to move the guide scope to the right side of the main OTA and move the 10x40mm finder to the left. Everything seems a bit more natural to use this way.

Anyone notice something else new?

I placed a couple of ads looking for a 75mm Deluxe focuser and one nice CN member responded with one for sale. It has Italic lettering which was perfect for my 145C. Shown with the optional 1.25” / 0.965” reversible eyepiece holder.

I found that tripod nut if you still

I thought about turning the focuser shaft but I'm right handed anyway so...

That's great about the nut. We're talking about the round 1/4"-20 one that goes in the leg for the tripod tray right? You already sent me the hex nut up at the base of the mount. I do still need the round one. If you could send one that would be excellent.
