These are my top ten multiple stars:
1. Beta Cyg (Albiro)
2. Gamma Del
3. Gamma And
4. Eta Gem
5. Alpha Gem (Castor) Triple star system, third component a red dwarf.
6. Omicrom1/Omicrom2 Eridani, Triple star system. The B Component is a white dwarf. One of the few white dwarfs that can easily be seen in an amature scope. Don't need to split Sirus or Antares to see this one.
7. 70 Oph
8. Alpha Her
9. Theta 1/Theta 2 Ori (Trapizium) Components A thru F.
10. Xi Uma Excellant example of pure white stars.
Most stars were picked for their colors, some were just plain interesting.

I like so many, and the lists above are great so I won't duplicate (and
won't tie myself to a specific few in the process). However, I will mention
(because I didn't notice it listed yet) Zeta Persei (STF 464) --- a nice
little 5-star multiple with a 2.85 mag primary and 9.16mag companion at
about 13" distance, and three more companions of magnitudes 9.96, 10.44,
and 11.24 ranging out to 120.4".
No spectacular color contrasts, and the companions are rather faint -- but
on a crisp clear night it has a certain satisfying quality to it, like a
mini-constellation just hoping to be noticed and penciled in.

Rigel is not my favorite,but my all-time double......
...in first days with my telescope he manage to fool me
for few days.....i did not know what to expect so i overlooked this tiny dot near Rigel ...after few days i realize that i saw two components few days ago.
My favourite double is trapezium....i spend much time with it ,wondering will it reward me with E component (my scope is on the edge of that).
Few days ago i saw Double double for first time...it is also nice sight,split all with 100x and they all four fit in my 220x FOV so i enjoy sight for few minutes.

I've seen the E and F stars of the Trapezium a number of time in a 6-inch when the seeing's good. Two stars you ought to look for soon though will provide you with a splash of color, namely Omicron-1 Cygni and 61 Cygni. The first is an optical triple, meaning the stars merely are along the same light of sight from the Earth, but they are a orange, white and blue. 61 Cygni is two orange dwarfs that really show a vivid orange color, like a couple of oranges in space. I enjoy looking at Epsilon Lyrae very much too.

My favourite is Almach.
I found it by accident as I was simply scanning the sky with the telescope. I look for it every night that I go to observe, provided it is in the sky at the time of course.

I am a newbie to doubles after years of observing DSOs and planets.Just last week I found Almach and Sigma Orionis to name a few and I am hooked.I have spent the last few days studing and plotting on my charts using the info of favorites here.It will probably take me a year before I can list mine.

Struve 2470 and Struve 2474 in Lyra are a nice "double-double" in a low power field.
Ditto for Xi Sco and Struve 1999, Struve A7 and Struve 401.
Always find myself going to 61 Cyg, Alberio, Eta Cas (Achird), Izar, and Polaris as well.
One of these days I'll finally split Antares.
