Still a work in progress but the pieces are coming together.

OK - I'm game for this - here is my fairly humble gear. If I had the level of complexity I see in some of these great setups, I'd probably not be able to cope...
ES AR-102; Atlas EQ-g, Canon DSLR. Whitetop Mountain VA, Saturday evening, shortly before very high winds picked up leading to difficult conditions and poor results...

Here is my meager imaging setup. I use a 4.5" imaging Starblast with a DeepSpace II color camera on a CG5 mount.

And here's the other, Versa first light. I bought an AT D plate dovetail to replace the vixen type though.

Zack, That C HD 8" is a nice scope. I had the chance to view through one the other night. Hope you get your TMB back soon.

Graham,
Thanks! Your setup is very nice also. I love the HD. It's an amazing scope. And yes hopefully the TMB is up and running soon, but I'm not so optimistic.

Here's the current incarnation of my imaging rig: AP900 with an Explore Scientific ED152, SBIG ST-8300 w/8 filter wheel and OAG.

I shot a time lapse of the rig in action while I was in the desert last week - almost 11 hours of action condensed into 90 seconds.

Enjoy!!

Mike

+1 Mike. Love the backdrop. It's amazing how much we can do now-days.
