Well, I've been waiting. Now it seems it's here . . . almost.
Not sure I want to be first but I am in desperate need of a mount for my C11.

Maybe I'll call them in the morning.

My Gemini controller is dead. I placed a preorder for the G2 through my dealer last week.

I like the fact that G2 has a direct input alpha/numeric keypad on the hand controller

G2 simulator had Pluto listed in the solar system as a target menu.

Is is still considered a planet

It is red when in "night mode".

The modes are night, day, and dawn with colors red, green, and blue respectively.

After seeing the demo, I think my next mount will be a G11. The Losmandy mounts are great but the old Gemini system was complicated to use. This looks so much easier and more robust. If it works as expected I say great job Losmandy.

The old version of Gemini made you scroll through several pages to get what you want, this one, to select M81, you select DSO Objects, Messier List and type in 81. Much easier then scrolling up to the #8 and down to the #1

Well, after bouncing all over the place for the past two months, all the way from an Atlas to an AP900, I just got off the phone with our hosts here.
Ordered the G-11 Gemini 2 with accessories, the ES 100 20mm and the ES 82 30mm.

So, I'm broke!

The waiting on a decision is over . . . the waiting for delivery begins.

They expect the new mounts next week.

Definitely made the best dollar value choice for a mount. The G-11 for its price is pretty hard to beat, especially with the new Gemini System.

The Gemini 2 looks very nice! I've had mine on pre-order for a couple months, and it's nice to know release is getting close.

Of course, that will mean weeks of inclement weather once I actually receive mine. :|
