I was experimenting...I tried screwing the nose piece from the CCD camera right onto the end of the Brandon 24mm. It works, but you only get a couple of threads in before it stops. It's touch and go. Some nights are definitely better than others. I've noticed that I seem to get better pictures when I use all extension tubes and a diagonal connected to the axial port. Plus another short extension at the eyepiece. I have to take a ridiculous number of frames to get a useful image. Sometimes upward of 15000. Registax locks up frequently and I have to start all over again.
