Progress has ruined the most scenic leg, US 301 from Callahan to Baldwin, FL - used to be a 2-lane run through the forest. Now it's to be 4-laned, and they've cut the trees back 200' each side . Norman has been his usual post-trip self - he's griped constantly since we got home. Nelson has completely washed him, so at least he's clean - and wet. It's too early for me to commit yet, but Kay and I are certainly trying to work it out this year, as it's been several years since we have been there. Kay brought it up to me a few weeks ago, said she wanted to get over there to see everyone again. I sure hope we get it worked out!
