Eyeopener new
      #1095489 - 08/15/06 09:02 AM

I did a search and couldn't find any posts concerning Peterson's Eyeopener. Is this piece of hardware worth $70? Thanks!

David

It'll make a difference when using a 31mm Nagler or a 41mm Panoptic or other EP's with similar field stops. If you use something like that most of the time then it could be worth it to you.

It makes a difference with my Siebert 34mm and being as it is a permanent fixture its not like it is a hassle to use.

Good value in my opinion.

good value unless you go to a moonlite focuser which has the larger opening, then the eyeopener is spare parts...

course it is a few hundred less bucks , so it is a good value for scopes that can use it.
