I really got an interesting adventure during the Venus Tranist. I got hit with the shingles (a varient of chicken pox) virus. It rained cats and dogs after 1st contact but cleared at around 3:00pm. Had to work on a muddy soccer field! By the end of the day I was very exhausted and right now I am on quarantine isolation because of the virus!
Here's my view of the transit at around 7:46UT. Note the two tiny sunspots on the upper left of the image including some flares.
