Oh, nearly forgot. The big scope is an Astro Physics f/14 10" apo with a 4", f/8 Astro Physics apo piggy-backed.

WOW!!

Thanks for that photo. I ordered my AP 6in F8 in 1988. I know RC made 8 inch APOs in the past( One OTA was listed on Amart for $99,999.00 a while back), but I have never heard about a 10 inch F14 Astro Physics before...

This is my mount for my ZS80 II ED. It has wooden legs from a vixen polaris mount and the shaft and the mount are from a Bogen 3045 tripod. It does a decent job. But I really want to get a nicer mount.

Last year while I was a little mount heavy. This was just before I picked up a GT-ONE HD.

Only the GT-ONE remains from this picture.
Along with the GT-ONE HD, I picked up a CG5GT.

Erik,

The 10" AP at Sherzer Observatory is a one off scope. Apparantley RC built this one and word has it that a secoind was built and sent to Germany. However, the individual in germany that received the lens did not like the quality and it was sent back to RC. Not totally sure if thats true but thats all I can find out. I will be honest... The 10 inche'er is not that great of a performer when it comes to DSO's but it truly does shine when looking at doubles, planets, moon, and the sun. Also the color of objects really show themselves through the bad boy. I love to look at t-Lyrae and its blood red or ruby red color.
