What's with the MAX?
      #1291335 - 12/08/06 01:14 AM

Is it just me, or did they increase the price of the Max mount by like 5,000 dollars? I just checked Meade's website, I though they used to be like 15 grand instead of 20 grand.

Looks like it - for example, the OPT website says

Imminent Price Increase! Beginning January 1, 2007, this telescope will increase in price to $29,999! Place your order now and save $8,000!
