Anyone care to give their opinions on this scope.
And how would one mount a vixen dove-tail bar to it?

Hi Chris.

I know that firestar has that exact Zhumell Mak. He does rave about it, and going by his opinion, it seems to be a good performer.

I am sure firestar will be around to give you his opinion on how well this Mak performs, and also to answer the dovetail question.

From his opinion and other reviews, i have read, it seems to be a descent performing scope for the price.

smallest dove tail

It's a great little starter scope considering you get a decent eq 2/3 mount with motor drive, erecting prism,a diagonal and a couple basic ep's.
It's a slow scope at f 14,but for a cheap grab and go it works well.
I'm thinking of acquiring some solar film to view some solar images.
My site suffers from a lot of light pollution so I imagine viewing from a darker spot would produce better views.
You will need the baby dove tail in the above link to fit the mount.
