Hi everyone new here just bought a C6SGT had it a week and only had chance last night to try it out, I performed the two star alignment with no calibration stars, I found the tracking to be way off, is this because I have to do a polar alignment first then realign with two stars?. I have the mount roughly pointed to north I have only used the SLT alt/az goto previous so EQ is a new goto for me any help appreciated.
