I got the Nagler!!! new
      #144477 - 07/09/04 02:37 PM

I got the Nagler!!!

After all the discussion in the Pan v. Nagler thread I decided I just had to go with my gut and get the 22mm Nagler T4. Although, I must say the price feels like I got punched in the gut.

I got it off AM and I can't wait to use it on the DSOs I'm so fond of.

Congrats! Now, don't look through any Panoptics just in case you like them almost as much.

I saw that Nagler selling on Astromart alright. Looked like a good deal. Many congrats!! Hope you enjoy it.
Pity it's gonna cloud over for the 6 weeks!

Michael,

I think I see a couple of clouds already. Although, they won't really start rolling in until it's on the UPS truck for delivery.

Rusty,

Thanks for the thumbs up. I can't wait to get the Nagler.

However, you seem to have this knack for upsetting the BEST golden retriever this side of the Mississippi. She is my constant companion while surfing CN and reads all of the posts. She is very upset by being referred to as the 3rd best Golden Retriever and I'm afraid you may cause me 2 - 3 Naglers worth of vet bills if she keeps getting so agitated by your failure to acknowlege her as the queen of Goldens West of the Miss.

Actually, both of her parents where Ch as well as her grandparents, but, unfortunately, we won't breed her because her hips are just bad enough that she won't strengthen the breed (you know that whole ethics thing). It's sad because conformation wise she is nearly perfect with an unbelievable coat. The big plus is that she's a great family dog anyhow.

Greg S, I've met with Maggie and Casey, and they agree to confer the title of Queen of the West (now that Dale Evans doesn't need it...) on your Golden....

They, too, are always helping me at the PC - both are at/on my feet at the moment.

Greg,
Congrats on the new EP - you will really like it. I got the chance to play with one a while back - (rich astronomy friend), and I was really impressed. Beautiful dog by the way...

There ain't no such thing as an ugly pup with floppy ears. Of course, one has to take into account that Goldens are the Best Dogs in the Whole Wide World. But Beagles are awfully good dogs among the also-rans....
