You folks with 41 to 60 eye pieces inclusive, if you don't own a retail astronomy store, you need to get into a twelve step program....

I have a total of 11.. I have a 40mm, 25mm, 20mm, 16mm, 9mm, 6mm, 3.6mm, all plossl. I also have a set of Orion Expanse 66 degree angle lenses, they are 20mm, 15mm, 9mm, 6mm. I also have a 2x shory Barlow
I find alot of deals on the eyepiece on ebay.. Handonoptics.com does alot of business on ebay, all eyepieces from them are brandnew, and gaurenteed. Deals included the 40mm plossl for $19, 2x shory barlow was $10, and the 16mm plossl was $21

A few years ago, I obtained a zoom in the hope to minimize my eyepiece set, and I live with three eyepieces for some years.
But.... then, I found adding an Ortho would be nice for planets... adding a cheap long eye relief 40mm Plossl would be nice for afocal imaging... oh... there're some cheaper wide angle eyepiece, it would be nice to have it for deep sky... then I found a 2" eyepiece would be nice for wider field as well... oh.... another deal on wide field eyepiece comes out again... then.... a few more orthos would be nicer to be more adaptive to deal with different seeing and transparency....
oh... no.... more barlows would be nice for webcam imaging too!!!!
I controlled myself very much, but right now I've six only, but will be grow to more than ten in the end of this year as I anticipate, one more will be coming in the next week....

I didn't include barlows in my count of 8. I also have the 2x Ultima barlow and a 5x Powermate.
That kind of translates to 24 eyepieces, eh?

Three crappy ones and one decent 25mm. I'll be getting the "Meade Special" pretty soon to improve the lot.

My collection: Meade MA 25mm 12mm and 9mm I got em free with a scope. They make peachy caps for my focusers.
University Optics 24mm, 16mm and 12mm Konigs, good eyepieces, a bargain really. I also have a Klee Bralow from University.
TeleVue 32mm Plossl, 19mm Panoptic, 14mm Radian and a 7mm Nagler Type 1. I love em. I'm really fiendin for a 24mm Panoptic and a 9mm Nagler Type 6.
Hi my name's Eric and I'm an eyepiece addict.

Eric:
How does the UO 12mm Konig compare to the 14mm Radian? I was thinking of getting a 12mm, and have looked at both the Radian and the UO EP.

Never realized how many eyepieces I had till I read this thread. Just did a count and it's over 40 including some cheapies. All were accumulated over the past 18 years. My latest purchased eyepiece was the 22 Nagler 4. Will give it first light tommorrow night.

Aw shucks, since everyone else is coming clean I will too.
Set of Zeiss .96" orthos: 4,6,8,10,12.5,16,25. Set Zeiss Huygens: 16,25,40. Takahashi LE's: 5,7.5,12.5,18,24,30. Pair Celestron 20mm Erfles Pair GTO 32mm Plossls New "Astrobuffet" 30mm ST80 widefield 2".
Is this too many? Gary BEAL, New Zealand. PS I will refrain from listing my scopes as others seem to do, it would a tad embarrasing.

After some soul-searching (45 seconds worth) I decided to reveal my illness for all to see
OK, first I have a Pelican 1600 case to transport my "main" set with, for use with the following scopes:
Starmaster 18, C14, AP155, FS128.
Set: (2") TV 55, 50 Axiom, 40 XL, 35 Pan, Meade 32 SW,
30 Wide Scan II, 27 Pan, 22, 17 T4.
(5/4") 28,21,14,10.5,7,5.2 XL, 18,12,8,6,4,3 Radians,
19 Pan, 16 T5, 9 T6.
(.965") 25,18,9,7,5,4,2.8 Tak orthos.
I have one slot left for the addition of a 24 Pan to "complete" this set.
Next, there is the Borg 76ED "package" with OTA, TV Upswing mount and EP's in a case ready to grab-and-go.
Set: TV 32, Gary Russell 20 UW, Meade 13.8 UW, GR 11,
7, 4.8 T1, 3.6, 2.8 LE.
Next cased set (my first) is for use with my Coulter Odyssey Compact 10" or Orion Argonaut 150mm Mak-Cass.
Set: (2") 50, 32 Orion Optiluxe, GR 19 SW.
(5/4") TV 32,25,20,15 Ploessl, 12.5 LE, Orion 9.5 Lan
Orion 5 Ultra, Vixen 4 Lan.
I have a Borg 76EDL on an older Meade GEM ready to carry out of the garage for nights of so-so seeing. Boxed for it are: 30,18,12.5,7.5,5 Ultimas.
Next to the Borg I have a first-generation Stellarvue 80 f/6 on a Bogen for quick/short looks. For it I use a set of Siebert standards in: 21,12.5,7,5.4,3.4.
At work, I have a Borg 45ED/Bogen for daytime or Winter darkness viewing. With it I have: TV 32, UO 12.5 ortho, Orion 5, 3.8 Ultras.
I'm putting together another "package" for use with a yet-to-be-acquired Borg 100ED/Tak Sky Patrol II combo. So far, this set includes: (2") 34, 19 Axiom, GR 11 (Konig?). A TV 3-6 Zoom will complete this set.
I have a BW-Optik binoviewer with pairs of 30, 18 & 12.5 Ultimas boxed toghether for use with the first group of scopes listed.
Finally(!), I have a few ep's in a box which don't get used anymore: Pentax 24,14,8,3.8 XP, pair of 42 Ultimas, UO 12.5, 5 orthos, Meade 9 ortho, Vixen 2.5 Lan.
You'd think with all this, there'd be no need for barlows, but I have those, too:
TV Powermates in 5x,3x,2.5x and 2", TV standard 2x,
(2) Ultima 2x, Orion 2x.
If I've left anything off the list, that's too bad, I'm not going back.

The Radian has way more contrast and because of the huge front lens on it and the long eye relief it feels like you're looking through a window.
The Konig is however a great eyepiece for the money .
If money isn't a concern go buy the Radian. If moeny's tight the Konig is a steal. Your call.

Five - 20, 10 and 6.7mm Plossls, plus the 20mm Huygens and 4mm Ramsden that came with the scope and that I currently use as paperweights.
