My Little Astronomy Website new
      #1543874 - 04/14/07 12:29 PM

Hi all ... I just wanted to share my little astronomy website I made one day when I was bored. There isn't much there, but each month I try and do a podcast on what is good in the sky to find. If your interested, the website is http://rigelastronomy.com ... any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Daniel, I took a look at your site. I like the layout and the content. I don't think it needs to be a response to boredom, though...it's a worthy effort on its own account.

If you want criticisms, the only ones I would offer are a few spelling typos here and there. You might want to go back and look it over with the eye of a copy editor.

Very nice layout on your site.

You should optimize your pictures tho. Your pictures under Equipment are HUGE! No one will EVER stick around waiting for those to load

Daniel, there are some free software programs that will edit and resize your photos. Just google.

Well, that one wasn't exactly free.

Here's one possibility.

Here's another group of them.

And one more batch.

You may be busy for a while...

That happens sometimes when a software distributer or producer is floating a new product. They'll release it free at first, if the response is positive, they'll start charging.
