The reason why your post doesn't show up after posting it on Celestial Events, is that the Celestial Events forum is different from the other forums: posts submitted to the Celestial Events forum need moderator approval before they become visible.
Posts in Celestial Events announce special events, such as new comets, major outbursts of variable stars, bright (super)novae etc. Once submitted to the forum, we try to check the event and once OK, the post gets approved and becomes visible.
