Well, its just an idea right now, just to see if anybody would be interested in coming down to my area for a one night star party. The place would be Fernwood State Park in Wintersville Ohio. The limiting magnitude is around 6, but thier is lp, though its not too bad.
The only thing you have to worry about is the occasinal ATV rider by, but they are just campers. To my knowledge thier is no power hookup and I would have to rent a Port-a-John. Right now the grass is too high in the observing field and I have always observed on the gravel road. I could contact the proper people in charge and see if I could cut the grass in the observing area. The date right now would be August 4th around the Last Quater moon. So what do ya'll think?
