OK, I'm not much into binocs (probably because of the 7x35's that I've got), but while antiquing today, I found a pair of B&L 7x50s. The owner of the booth wasn't there so I don't know the price (they were inside a case, so I couldn't look them over). Does anyone on here have advice/cautions/values that they might be able to provide me?
Thanks
Tom

In the past 50 years, B&L has probably imported 150 variants of the 7x50 binocular. You have said nothing about condition, collimation, etc. Anyone who can offer you ANY solid advice without MUCH more information, is psychic.
Cheers,
Bill

Thanks for the pointers. Is there any credible way to assess these issues sitting in a store/antique mall, or will I really have to check them out under dark skies?
