New Garrett 20x110 Signatures finally ordered- new
      #1945714 - 10/29/07 12:55 PM

Well, have been threatening for some time now, with the lousy weather we've been having here in NE Florida, I thought some new binoculars might break the curse. Yeah, I know- it's supposed to work the other way around, but I'll try anything to get rid of this cloud cover we've been having! Ordered the Garrett 20x110's... had wanted to go with the 28x in light of the other bino's I have, but everything I've heard- including talking to Zach, the 20x are a nicer view. I figure a little more aperture- over the 60/70/80mm bino's I have and a little more mag should give me some nice views. Anything more needed, I'll go to a telescope. Have a Bogen 475 Tripod and a Manfrotto/Bogen 3263 (400) geared head which is rated at 22 lbs, so should be good to go.
Sooo... let's see if I can reverse the new equipment curse!

Some bino’s from Miyauchi 5x32 Binon's up through Garrett 20x110 Signature's,
Some telescopes from a Stellarvue 80mm NHNG up through a couple of 8” reflectors…
And a wonderful 4.25" Delmarva Shiefspiegler!
Some good friends, made here on C/N.
Oh- several cats and a wonderful wife!
Anyone want a cat???? :-O

Congratulations Wes !

I must say , I was getting a little tired of hearing about your Miyauchi , Zeiss , Swift , Canon , other Garrett , Vixen and three Fujinon binos -- not to mention the Stellarvue , Meade , Orion , Burgess , Meade - Wegat , Intes Micro , Orion 6inch , 8 inch reflectors , 4.25 inch Delmarva Shiefspiegler scopes and Denk 11s !

I'm surprised it's taken so long for you to try something else for a change ! :-)

Good luck
Kenny
