Whether or not the above post proves to be your last ever to this forum , may I be the first to say thank you for all the invaluable information you have shared with members here , none of which would have been possible without your unique knowledge and wisdom based upon that knowledge .
If this does prove to signal your departure , then for me personally , and for probably more members here than realise themselves , it is surely the saddest day in the history of the forum .
You and I became friends before the existence of any Cloudy Nights forums , and I consider myself privileged to know that we will continue that friendship via communication networks independent of internet groups .
