Astrobiology Magazine is a free online magazine that may be interesting to CN'ers. I've just become aware of this field through a link from the Virtual Planetary Laboratory via a series of JPL talks by Dr. Victoria Meadows. NASA Astrobiology Institute is of course heavily involved in this area [Astrobiology Introduction]. There is an "Astrobiology Primer" available [PDF] from the Astrobiology 101 link from the VPL news page. The cross specialty collaboration between astrophysics, planetary science, geology, biology, chemistry, atmospheric physics, etc, etc.. is almost exhausting to comtemplate but exciting.
