Well, I may roll the dice and buy a pair of the 13mm Naglers from Anacortes with the understanding that if they don't work out in terms of eye relief and ease of viewing without blackout problems (I gather that this varies from person to person) I can return them for an exchange for a pair of the 14mm Radians which I am sure would work fine, but with a 20 degree smaller fov. I really think that the "immersive" factor is important in binocular viewing, especially MW starcloud sweeping.
I bought a pair of the 24mm Pans for low power views.

Bought a pair of 14mm Radians (43x and 1.4 degree fov) for my high power....considered the 13mm T6 Naglers but the eye relief was a tad too tight (12mm) for my liking. The er on the Radians is 20mm.
I find the er on the 24 Pans (15mm) to be about the limit I can use comfortably. I sold my 19mm Pan because of tight er...13mm.
Also, the Radians are known for their field flatness and edge correction.

I particularly like my 14mm Radians in my BT100 (44x) for what I consider my high powered views.
Quote:

A bold testament to that. Using a 14mm Rradian, I was able to see the double star 23 Cancer still clearly separated, split not touching, as it drifted off the edge of the field stop! 23 cancer is 6.3-6.3/5.1". Watching a 5.1 arcsec pair at 44x still resolved as it drifts off the edge is seeing an apparent resolution of 226 arcseconds at 100% out. The only combination I've ever used which has beaten that mark is the same BT100 with a 20mm TV plossl for 31x which was able to still keep resolved a 7.1 arcsec pair as it approached the edge. No fixed power binocular of any size that I've ever used has ever come even close to those marks.
