Hello all

This is my first post. Glad to meet you all. I live in Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. I've enjoyed reading some of the posts on this site and I wanted to join in and introduce myself. L. Daniel is my name and I am in the medical field.

Hello Dr. Daniel,
Thank you for the civilized introduction, instead of clobbering us right off the bat with a complicated question or a new optical theory. My brother-in-law lives in Decatur, and is a bit of astro-buff. He took me to a star party at Brasstown Bald in 2001, a great place! Ever go to Thelma's soul food cafe? Hope you enjoy the goings-on here.
Ron

No, I haven't been to Thelma's but I'll be sure to look it up. I'm a true southerner and I've been raised on and prefer that type of food. That's why I never measure my cholesterol. Ignorance is bliss!

From Decatur, head down to Social Circle in the Summer and have a GREAT lunch at the Blue Willow Inn. Sherman ordered the town spared. It's enough to forgive him for gettin' Custer killed off.

Oh, yeah, Welcome!

Bill,
from . . . Seattle?
