It seems to be a slightly different design than the 42mm ZWCF (which also seem to have a new housing than the last time I saw them). This is the foresta line up and specs. So far, these Vixen websites say that Z refers to the light path through the porro prism, C is for Center, and F could be for focus or fernglaser.
