This is my first ever astrophoto (really exciting)! I took it Thursday night (6-3-2010). There are 44 light frames, 3 dark frames (30 sec, ISO 800, Daylight, Noise Reduction Off). I stacked them with deepskystacker. I have processed them in CS5. My equipment is a Vixen ED80SF, Atlas EQ-G, and a T1i. I don't have an autoguider. I did a rough polar alignment. I would love any comments you have. I had to crop it to fit.

This was my first astrophoto. It was taken by holding camera (lumix dmc-fz20) to eyepiece. No extra processing minus cropping picture a bit. Pretty terrible ha but hey, it was mine!

Here is my first attempt at a real astro-photo. This is M42/43

Please give me feed back and I could use many, many pointers. This was taken with a Nexstar 6SE and a Canon 1000D DSLR.

This is, simultaneously, my first post at CNforuns and one of my first astro-photos, taken this last weekend near the centre of Portugal. It depicts the Dumbbell Nebula.
I used a Canon EOS350D attached (prime-focus) to my recently bought Skywatcher 127mm telescope with AZ goto mount. This image results from the stacking of 19 shots of 60s (I was trying to strecht the exposure time as far as possible with no noticeable field rotation; with limited success I might add...).
