Are you talking about a PDF reader? Here's one I've heard good things about, though I've never tried it. It's for Windows...

Let us know how it works...I've been thinking about ditching Adobe myself. I especially want to get a small program for my EEE which doesn't have a PDF reader on it at the moment.

I'll second the vote for foxit.. been using it for ages now. Small size, low overhead. And it doesn't take forever to fire up or require an additional background process to be running when not in use.

I donno... Adobe works great... But then again, I have the full acrobat package... I guess when you spend over $300.00 on the software, it works better than the free reader.

We've used cute pdf for several years to edit and create as well as read pdf's (we tend to use Adobe Reader for just viewing though).
This link is for the free version.

Mine came with one. In the 'work' tab is of all things 'pdf reader'.

I replaced Linux with XP on mine, so don't have any of that stuff any more.

I tried the Foxit thing based on a link from here. At first I likedit as it does load fast and takes up little space. But then I found it didn't display some documents quite right. Since I sometimes use my home PC for work I couldn't have that so I ditched to software and went back to Adobe. It loads slower, takes up alot more disk space, but it works.
